Terms & Conditions

  • We will automatically bill your card upon sign up to process your special welcome shipment. Check your inbox for a separate shipment confirmtation. 

  • There is no membership fee. Members only pay for discounted wines, and shipping and taxes, if applicable. 

  • A wine club processing reminder will be sent via email shortly before each release. Each shipment will be charged to your credit card shortly before your wines are shipped. 

  • By joining our wine club, you certify that you are at least 21-years of age and that your credit card may be billed for the shipment, applicable sales tax, and applicable shipping fees. Wine delivery subscription shipping fees vary depending on quantity. 

  • Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes, and deliveries must be signed by someone at least 21-years of age.

  • Requests to cancel membership must be given in writing and sent to support@brownskinbrunchin.com
