Jamilya is a native of Hopkins Park, IL and currently resides in Columbus, OH. She is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a master's degree in Communication and Leadership Studies.
When she is not at home taking care of the household, Jamilya enjoys reading romance novels, going to the movies, hanging with friends, and traveling to Illinois to visit her family and friends there.
