PUNTA CANA BRUNCHIN'

BROWN SKIN EDITION
JULY 24-29, 2019

Stay on the beachfront of spectacular Playa Bavaro in a resort that offers the true essence of the Caribbean.  The resort sits on incredible white sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters.  It is also surrounded by beautiful gardens that will immerse you in the Caribbean way of life.  This all-inclusive vacation features a spa, 9 pools, a casino, a gym, and 12 restaurants.  Live the magic of Caribbean nights with a delicious cocktail in one of the bars, or enjoy an evening show.

All activities are optional and listed below.  You may add as many, or few activities as you would like.  You may join the group on one of the excursions, or simply relax on the resort property.

Day 1:  Welcome to Punta Cana!  Ground transportation will be provided from the airport to your accommodations at Melia Caribe Tropical.  The resort is located on beautiful Playa Bavaro, which is known for its water spots, various activities, entertainment, shops, and restaurants.  An evening cocktail hour will be held to help you get settled in for the days ahead.

Day 2:  Adventure Time!  Join this rally through the Dominican countryside for a fun and thrilling adventure behind the wheel of your own off-road vehicle.  Cruise through local farmland, pass by freshwater springs, and take a swim in the refreshing waters of the Caribbean along the way.

Get picked up from your hotel and head out to a ranch near Punta Cana, where you go over basic safety information and get some practice on how to operate your rugged ride from your experienced guide.  Snap on a helmet, buckle up, and let the fun begin.

Ride out to an organic co-op farm, where you can learn about—and taste—a bit of local produce, such as coconut oil, tobacco, rum, coffee, chocolate, or chocolate tea.  Nearby, pull up to a cave that features a sparkling blue cenote, whose crystal-clear freshwater is the perfect place for a midday swim.

Finally, blast down dusty trails that snake and bend toward the coast until you arrive at Macao Beach, where you can relax by soaking up some rays in the sand, or going for another swim before you head back to the ranch.

Day 3:  Brunch in the Dominican!  We will use this day to stay true to our purpose...brunch & bubbles.  We will eat brunch at one of the restaurants located on property and included in your all inclusive rate.

Day 4:  Speedboat Time!  Race to an island in a speed boat, that includes a stop in a waist deep natural swimming pool of transparent waters.  If you're lucky you'll see some starfish!  At Isla Saona, you'll have plenty of choices: wade in the turquoise waters, visit the open bar, dance merengue, take a nap on a beach lounge chair, play volleyball, indulge in a typical Dominican lunch of chicken, pork, rice, beans, salad and fruit, or walk the coastline.  Take your time and do it all!

We'll hit the Caribbean Sea on a speedboat and slowly cruise you back to the mainland on a spacious catamaran.  Oh, there’s also music, animation, and an open bar.  This is the Caribbean, folks.  It's an all-inclusive, full-day outing, and you need some time away from your Punta Cana resort.  With this excursion you get the boat, the open bar, and the food!  We also pick you up and drop you off at your resort lobby.  It's that easy!

Day 5:  Farewell Punta Cana.  Ground transportation will be provided from your accommodations to the airport.
