Virtual Dance Experience Brunch

Join Brown Skin Brunchin' for a Virtual Dance Experience! 

During the virtual event, we will be guided through a sensual dance. So, relax your mind; let your conscience be free. Register to dance with our Guest Host MinajahraeWhynter and Ambassador, Eleanor.  

The session will open up with some light breath work to center ourselves, set the intention for the remainder of the session. Followed by stretching to activate those muscles, and last but not least we will learn a few combinations that you can take with you and apply where you see fit.  

To be best prepared for the experience, you will need to have the following on hand:  

1. All black form fitting clothing - this is to ensure we show off our figures and tap into what makes us feel most sensual. Please make sure you are able to stretch in the clothing. 

2. Have a towel to wipe any sweat that may fall. 

3. WATER! WATER! WATER! to hydrate and rejuvenate. 

4. Come with an open heart/mind, as this will not only physically transform you, but it will also mentally transform you as well.  

5. Heels are optional BUT please be advised you should have a heel with ankle support. If you are unsure about your ability to dance in a heel, please refrain from doing so.

To reserve your space in this month's virtual brunch, a non-refundable fee of $5 is required. Your space is confirmed once your RSVP and payment is received. Wondering what the $5 covers? It covers the cost/fees associated with keeping the group active.
