Civil Libation Bistro brings a blend of familiar and unique twists on American Fare to the Strawbridge area of Virginia Beach, with unique food, crafted libations, effervescent hospitality, stylish atmosphere, and a friendly neighborhood vibe.
Please arrive on time, as the restaurant will seat complete parties. Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of your seat.

To reserve your space in this month's brunch, a non-refundable fee of $10 is required. Seating is confirmed once your RSVP and payment are received. Wondering what the $10 covers? It covers the cost/fees associated with keeping the group active.
