It’s time to BRUNCH!

Join Brown Skin Brunchin’ this month as we host brunch at 1882 Cantina - Pechanga Resort Casino at 2:00 PM!

This month we celebrate love! Please dress in your most vibrant red and be the fire in the center of the casino! 

Savor the spice, flavor and aromas of the best food from Mexico, Central and South American countries. South of the border cuisine takes center stage at Pechanga’s 1882, featuring quintessential dishes from regions known for bold flavors that are now favorites in California. The restaurant is located in the center of the atrium.

Fixed menu includes the following:

Ensalada 

Spring mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and Ranch dressing   

Street Taco Platos 

Two tacos served with frijoles refritos and Spanish rice 

Carne Asada Avocado green sauce, white onion, cilantro, and queso fresco 

Pollo Asada 

Chipotle aioli, cotija cheese, salsa de la casa, white onion and cilantro   

Entrada 

Carnitas 

Slow cooked pork shoulder with frijoles refritos, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, and choice of corn or flour tortillas 

Enchiladas Tradicionales 

Shredded chicken or beef with lime crema, fresco cheese, served with frijoles refritos and Spanish rice  

Choice of Sauce:  authentic red sauce or green suiza   

Dessert 

Tres Leches 

Traditional Tres Leches made in house

Please bring cash, as the restaurant will not split checks. Please arrive on time, as the restaurant will seat complete parties. Failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of your seat.

To reserve your space in this month's brunch, a non-refundable fee of $55 is required. Seating is confirmed once your RSVP and payment are received. Wondering what the $55 covers? It covers your meal and the cost/fees associated with keeping the group active.
