Best Quality Daughter is a highly-anticipated new restaurant concept by Chef Jennifer Dobbertin that opened at The Historic Pearl in November of 2020. Pioneering New Asian-American Cuisine, the restaurant experience is a reflection of Dobbertin’s travels and the comfort food of her youth as a second-generation Chinese-American.
