If you really enjoyed it or if didn’t get a chance to dine with us at Chapter IV last Spring, here’s your second chance because we just HAD to “spin the block”! Chapter IV is a restaurant from Edgar “Dook” Chase IV, the fourth-generation son of the family behind Dooky Chase’s Restaurant. Chapter IV features a modern take on classic Creole dishes passed down from Chef Dook's grandmother, the late Chef Leah Chase. Both the food and the atmosphere at Chapter IV represent a refined ode to the classics; all inspired by a legacy of service and promotion of the arts. You can expect a spread of dishes including fish and grits, wings and ribs, fried chicken sandwich, crab and corn bisque and squid ink pasta.
