The Nicollet Island Inn has been serving classic American cuisine in a relaxing, elegant environment for over 40 years. If all of the Nicollet Island Inn’s myriad offerings were a hot fudge sundae, its award-winning Weekend Brunch would be the cherry on top. Weekends are reserved for special treats, and the Inn’s Brunch is no exception.
The theme for this brunch is Bridgerton Chic! Predominantly inspired by the Regency era. The style is characterized by empire waistlines, puffed sleeves, and delicate fabrics such as silk and lace. It features elegant silhouettes, intricate details, and romantic aesthetics.
