Please join Brown Skin Brunchin’ - Los Angeles at Gritz N Wafflez. A female, black owned, Creole-inspired restaurant where the chef specializes in two things: waffles and grits. Grits N Waffles offers several variations where the grits shine. Grits N Wafflez offers sweet or savory grits, so you won’t have to choose. The grits combinations include fried chicken, catfish, or shrimp, while waffle combinations include fried wings, catfish, or choice of sautéed or fried shrimp. And if you only want waffles, Chef Rayne makes both sweet bean vanilla waffle and peach cobbler waffle varieties; there’s even a savory waffle with cheddar and herbs.
